Plastic Pollution - A Driver of Global Change

This course will explore the topic of plastic pollution as a driver of global change, focusing specifically on its effects on microorganisms, which are important regulators of global cycles as well as climate. Plastic will be introduced as a novel habitat and will be explored as a driver of change in the context of other compounding stressors such as rising temperatures and eutrophication.
